Linda Nedilsky has over 10 years of experience in the industry working with people in all levels of fitness of all ages. Linda has helped recondition athletes, young and old, as well as weekend warriors. She enjoys working with young kids as well as seniors. Linda holds a NASM Personal Training Certification as well as a NESTA Post-Rehab Training Certification. She has completed over 200 hours in personal training continuing education classes including Muscle Activation Jumpstart Programs for CPT, anatomy and MFR, as well as participating in an internship program with Juan Carlos Santa, internationally known functional trainer and owner of IHP in Boca Raton, Florida.
Linda has trained and helped recondition over 300 clients successfully since 2003. Linda will guide you through a customized program that will help recondition your body, improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Proactive Wellness Concepts offers nutrition classes to help individuals struggling with sticking to a balanced healthy nutrition plan. We teach our clients how to prepare healthy balanced meals that include the foods they love. We also help our clients make better choices when eating out.
Although we are not an exclusive weight loss center, through our custom personal training and nutrition programs you can lose weight, lower blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, decrease inflammation, and improve health overall.
